I apologize for delay in responding to your comment, and want to assure you that if the problem with downloading 12MBit/s clips is on our side, we will extend your subscription to compensate for this inconvenience.
On the matter of your complaint: to be able to assist you, we need to know what exactly is the file you are experiencing problems with. Could you please provide this information?

None of 12MBit works. Last two files I tried were "Game 26 Part 1" and "Game 23 Part 1".

We have checked both files you have mentioned, and experienced no problems downloading them. Could you please try to download them once again to see if it was some kind of intermittent problem with an Internet connection?
If it still fails, one suggestion from our technical team would be to check if the location where you are storing files has a 2G limitation on single file size. The only subtantial difference we have found between 6MBit/s versions and 12MBit/s ones, is that both 12MBit/s files are bigger then 2G in size (which both 6MBit/s files are below 2G), and exceeding 2G sometimes causes problems, especially with older operating systems or external hard drives. For example, if for any reason you have FAT file system on the hard drive where you are trying to save the file, or if you are trying to save the file on a network drive, this 2G limitation of FAT or network drive can be the reason for the failure.
