Thank you for commenting on this sensitive issue, asmith. In reply to your comment on "not all the games are made equal" I would like to confirm that it is indeed the case. What our producers are doing is gathering several models in a certain environment and asking them to play The Game. This process is as "real" as we can possibly get (we call it "ultra-reality"), and it also implies that, as with real people, player personalities either "click", or do not "click". Nobody can predict it in advance, and my personal opinion is that this uncertainty even adds to the "realistic" feeling when viewing a new game.
