I am the contentmanager at Crazyxxx3dworld.com and I just wanted to chime in here and state for the record that our company does NOT present nor has it ever presented material which contains illegal content. Crazyxxx3dworld in particular contains only cartoon material which does NOT feature any living human being in any form and is therefore, to current standards, not bound by the laws governing the protection of children. Basically put, you cannot decide nor prove the age of a non-living depiction. This is the standard last presented by the US Department of Justice as laid out quite plainly in US 18:2257 CFR Part 75. Please see this link: http://www.heliosdatasystems.com/downloa...28CFR75-20081218.pdf -- this is the Federal Register PDF file listing all changes to the law as of December 2008. Part 75:6, page 77471 still states quite clearly that regulated porn is, " DEPICTIONS OF AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING ENGAGED IN ACTUAL SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONDUCT." Cartoons and illustrations not utilizing actual persons are still exempt in all forms from the 2257 regulations. Many people are reading this law and assuming the word, "SIMULATED" pertains to illustrations. It does not. The change in wording was intended to prevent movie makers and photographers from substituting adult "parts" for child parts. In other words, using a child to produce an image but not using the child's actual genitals. In other words, putting child heads on adult bodies. That's all it refers to. Our site does not violate US laws, and even so, we are not incorporated or housed within US borders and are not bound within US laws anyway. That said however, again, we do not present illegal material and never have. The use of words for advertising, such as "Lolicon" are not illegal, and while perhaps misleading, are not intended to exert the fact that we have real live performers. On no advertising or presentation have we ever stated such, and as previously said, we do not present real persons on the Crazyxxx site at all. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to this posting and hope that readers will judge for themselves rather than relying on others to judge for them. Thank you.
