I joined this site on Sat. May 8, 2010 using ccbill payment system at $19.95. I received confirmation email from ccbill and I started to navigate the site. But The (( http://www.simonscans.com )) site administrator keep changing my password every 6 hours without any permission or request from me as customer. I sent email to Simonscans site asked them to stop changing the password. But instead of supporting me they take my money, they never reply to my emails and they blocked my IP address so I cannot even enter the site. I put and write this comment here to WARNING you OR as message informing of danger to subscribing to this site. NOW the status is : I cannot enter the site where, the site administrator blocked my IP address because I asked them to stop changing my password ( which is my right)and at the same time I cannot get my moneu back. BE CARFULL TO SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SITE. This site is not honest

Untill now the problem have not sorted out. You said that ""We've not had any emails from you"" which is not true, I sent you several emails with NO answer from your support service and as a reaction from my side when i completely frustrated, I post my comments here, and at the same time I sent to your support service an e mail about my comment in this review site, and beacuse of this comment you answer my comment and also you sent email to me. The status now still I cannot open the home page of the Simonscans site, they still blocking my IP address . you said in your reply that the problem was due to the ISP filter(( Most likely a spam or ISP filter , as you said)) it is not because i am member to met-art.com site and is working without any problem> Ok Please refunded me and end this game

After I asked the Simon Scan site to refunded me, I received email from them to confirmed the member cancellation and to confirme the refund> After that they again open and removed the block to my IP addressi.e after cancellation without any reason they allow me to open the Simon Scan home page> This prove my point that they are BLOCK my IP address from opening their Home page as i expected>
I write here to warning every one from subscripition to this site and from the few hours they allowed me to enter their site I can say that the video here are silent only sound come up at the end of the video > This make the video very bad without the expected excitation> Few videos are HD and the others are in very poor quility. BE CARFUL TO SUBSCRIBTE TO THIS SITE>

Firstly, I would point out we have attempted to sort out these problems and have refunded you as we have been unable to come up with a solution. As you have decided to attack us in public despite timely polite support AND A REFUND, I will defend us in public.

"Unable to determine IP address from host name"

This is not an error message our servers ever show. In fact a quick search on Google seems to show the error message is related to proxies and domain name servers (DNS) Which indicates that you are probably either directly using a proxy or your ISP is using a proxy that you do not know about. Given your location in Qatar, this is a distinct possibility.

What we see is this; You are logging in from two different locations at the same time:-

Qatar
UK

Sharing passwords is a violation of our terms and conditions. We have server logs and output from two separate scripts with time stamps that show these multiple location logins.

I'm sorry it didn't work out and you weren't able to join - but there's simply nothing for us to gain by treating you deliberately in the way you claim we did. You've jumped in from moment one with accusations and abuse - and no, we haven't "insulted" you in any way at all - as soon as we were aware you had a problem we did all we could to help. What more can we do under the circumstances?

Now I understanded the root of the problem and I would like to apologize to you . First let us to explain the problem . Here in my city, the ISP prevented and blocked all the ADULT sex sites. So many citizen uses international software paid from UK. this software allow us to go and navigate and browser the internet freely. This software use the original internet connection provided to us by our ISP, but at the same time give you an diffrent IP address and from this conflicting point YOU thought that I login with two diffrent IP address from two diffrent location . The software I used is from UK and I will send you email with the software web site to make sure that it is safe . I use it with different adult site with no problem at all and again i apologize, hoping that you will understand the point and also that I am an victim and not an gelty.
Look forward to hear from you soon and give me the way to Re-subscribe to your site again . I'm sorry.
