Well no zip files is a major minus.
Not being able to save photos at all is an utter deal breaker.

It looked like such a promising site when it first opened, but then they changed (added download limits) and then changed again (made downloading impossible), always for the worse. I just can't understand why any site owner would do what they've done.

Well, get a load of that. All they have to do is stop fucking up the site with their stupid "viewer" and lack of downloadable zips and godawful logins. I was there a second time to enjoy all of that. You'd try to log in and it would say that you had to request a new password to do it which would be emailed to you and then that didn't work either.
Who wants any of that? At least it only cost me $7.50, which was a really nice low price, but I didn't enjoy the site at all since they'd screwed it up so much.
Why don't they just make things WORK so they can give themselves a chance to succeed?

The site now makes a big deal about the download feature, but is now $25 per month.
I would be very interested in whether any PU's are current members who can give us an update.

I'm a current member. There are zip files for photos and the videos can be downloaded. However, their 'Terms of Service" are so arbitrary and capricious you never know when you're in violation and they cut off your download privileges at the drop of a hat. I went out of town to visit some friends and logged into the site on their network. Returned home to find I couldn't download. Wrote them an email and they informed me that logging into a network other than the one I registered on is a violation. NOWHERE is this written in the TOS. After I complained they restored my download privileges. Over the next two days I downloaded a total of 10 videos and 1 low res zip file. Went out to work in the yard and when I came back in I logged in again to find my download links removed. No response so far to my email. They have some nice content but there are too many other quality sites to put up with this crap. I strongly recommend staying away from this site unless you like getting jerked around and ripped off.

Case closed. I've dealt with other sites like this over the years where the webmaster is paranoid and/or overly controlling. I've learned to get out ASAP and move on to genuine quality sites that have reasonable policies and practices. There's so much great stuff out there, there's no reason whatever to put up with this crap.
Even if this site gets with it and treats its customers right, I have no interest.

Im another victim of this rogue website. I read quite a few reviews on APDNudes and did deter me from signing up because there was no download feature.
Since I read that Downloads are now available I jumped in. I did read the Terms, and saw that Downloads are a "complimentary service" to the membership.
However I could not find anywhere on the Terms what they mean by "Agressive" or "Abusive" downloading, so I was treading cautiously. (Paying members should not have to feel like this)
Anyways... 2 days into my membership I find that the Downloads feature has been removed. I Emailed support about this, but was only prompted by rubbish remarks "We have to safeguard our members from pirates" blah blah.
What I downloaded over 2 days was absolutely nothing when you think about it. The average zip file size is 400mb, which easily mounts up to GB's worth of traffic. BTW, I only downloaded 7 sets (3.4gb) worth to get my Downloads feature removed.
I found it very annoying that they responded with "You can still enjoy your membership by viewing images"
How the hell can you enjoy a premium membership when you are subject to paranoia. Opening an image on their website is in a popup window which isnt even resizeable. You cant even download the image to your HD.
I have asked them to refund me as their Terms are very misleading. If there was any notice that you will be cut of after X amount of traffic because they think you are downloading too much, I would never ever have signed up.
I hope SteveB reads this and gives us ripped off users an explanation because my Emails are being ignored.

Yes darc, I have read your comments and the comments of your 'friends' here at Porn Users.
APD Nudes has never been popular on Porn Users because of my attempts in the past to restrict downloads and / or my expectation that consumers of the site would act reasonably towards it. As of about 2 months ago all download restrictions on APD Nudes were removed.
As far as I am aware I have answered every single email I have received via the contact forms on APD Nudes or via Client Support within 24 hours of receiving them. I have never ignored a single member or their emails in 3 years of the site being online nor do I intend to going forward ... exactly the opposite in fact.
Members can also login from any computer anywhere provided they can correctly enter their login/account details when requested. This was addressed about 4 or 5 months ago now.
On the terms of use, they are worded the same way as just about every other site out there in this niche and certainly very similar to the larger and more successful sites of which I am sure that many of you are or have been members.
Having attempted to address the comments here, I would also say this...
The photographer behind APD Nudes is simply one of the best in the business at the site's niche. The models on APD Nudes are equally popular and I have never received a single criticism about the quality of the content, only compliments.
If I, as the webmaster, behind APD Nudes have damaged the site's potential by being overly protective of it and as a result caused users to have a bad experience of the site then nobody regrets that more than I do ... of that I can only assure you.
