Thanks for the warning. All sites that are unresponsive to customers should be de-listed by 3rd party processors and/or credit card companies.
I would definitely complain to the company that processed my credit card payment first. Did your agreement have downloads and then the site changed to "streaming only" during your membership? I have done this once and my money was cheerfully refunded by the 3rd party payment processor. If a provider doesn't "provide" what was in the payment agreement you have a right to a refund.

The site has "both" streaming and download options for all their videos, no problem there, the issue was that they just locked my account after a few days and I have no idea why, I read threw the terms of service and there is no mention of a download limit that I could find, that was the only thing I could think of that would lock a account besides pw sharing or logging in from multiple ips.
I only use 1 computer did not share my pw and found no mention of download limits in the terms of service and got no answer back from their tech support.
so good videos [from what I seen] very poor service overall though in my opinion.

I'm with Jay G and Capn on this one - customer service is extremely important when you have an issue. Anyone can create decent content and put it on the net but if you show absolute disrespect to your customers you deserve your own level of hell after death. Thanks for the review and warning.
I also agree that processing services should be pressured to drop these sites. But we also need to make sure that sites that provide decent customer service get noted too.
Finally, welcome to the forum! I look forward to more of your reviews.

terrible
never actually got to download anything in spite of the claims.
am reporting it to my credit card company unless they choose to reimburse me beforehand.
dreadful quality of service - frankly taking teh mickey!
