Reduced pricing has generally been the greatest incentive for me. Discounts to other sites isn't as good in the psychology department because you're still paying more (the core site again plus another). That's why those discount schemes at 21st Sextury never impressed me.
Besides, the other, "added" sites usually have content themes that I'm not that crazy about and too often they're just dead sites being dragged around by the main one. It's kinda morbid.
I've gotten good monthly rates before from Babelicious and Twistys, to name two. And most if not all of their companion sites have gone the way of all flesh. But at least those ARE included if I happen to get into an Alice Cooper state of mind.

Yep - reduced pricing and great content on the site I joined are the key to me sticking around if I were going to leave in the first place.
ALS Scan just ensured that I'll continue with my ALS Angels discount membership by posting preview pics of an upcoming babe.

Another vote for reduced price with good content. If the content isn't good, why re-up just because it's cheap(er)?

A reduced pricing offer is the main reason why I renew with any site. It's not that I don't think the content is worth the original join price. The fact is that I only have a certain amount of money set aside for porn. If I want to try other sites than I have to make a choice. I can cancel my membership to a site and spend my money elsewhere or if I'm paying less to renew than that leaves some extra cash to join a second site.
