Word of Warning

Last week I joined this site through the discount link on thebestporn.com. I have been charged the 19.95 and still have not been able to log in. None of my messages to customer support have been answered and when I try looking up my account I get an error. Yet somehow they managed to get the charging my credit card part right. I am still waiting for a response and hoping that they do not continue charging me after this billing cycle. I will post any changes that occur in regards to this problem.

This evening I checked my credit card statement and it appears that the charge has been removed per my request and hopefully this was just a misunderstanding or glitch. Have not heard from website so unsure of their side of things. Sorry we couldn't do business together but no harm no foul I suppose.

Lionheart (0) Sorry to hear that, I joined this website last year and had to problems with it. I hope you don't have to cancel your credit card, it is always a pain to request a new one.

I did receive a refund and never actually heard from them any reasons nor did they ask me to rejoin at any point. I really wanted to join this site but I can't really see myself trying again and then having the same thing happen, fool me once kind of thing.
If you decide to join, good luck and please let me know how it turns out.
