I'm a member and the downloads are usually 150kb a second for me with dsl.

the download speed maybee isnt is the best but I think that bc theres lots of ppl acessing the network the possibilty to stream and download another was my trick to make the downloading seem faster

After canceling your account, did you get a bunch of ads or advertisements mailed to you? Or once you canceled, you didn't hear from them again?

No problem after I cancelled. I'll join
again in the future to catch up on all
the new updates. The only problem was the
download speeds which were slow when compared
to most other networks.

If you use freshdownload at freshdevices.com, you can increased your downloading as well as creating a list of things to download. Recommendation from me wouldI recommend only down load 2 to three at a time to increase speed. I have DSL as well and was shocked that some times it increased to 1000 kb, but mostly it's going to say under 700 kb. I had to cancel do to technical problems by my one fault.

I was a member months ago so might of changed by now.
I download from the UK and found my downloads very slow, I contacted the tech support and they said it was one of their servers. Reading the discussion in their forum and from the replies from tech support suggested there wouldn't be a fix for some time (although no problems in the US apparently).
I cancelled my membership and haven't been a member since, good site but the slow download speed bugged me.
Not sure I will rejoin because of this download limit though.
