This site stinks

This site simply does not work for me.After about 2 minutes Downloads freeze ,the website freezes, every link I click on says there's a connection problem,server timeouts etc.
And this happens to me only on Vivthomas.com no matter what browser I use.

Maybe its only users from Japan that have this problem.
I WANT A REFUND!
Their support sucks I did not see any contact info for the few minutes I could logon there.Just a help desk with some ticket system and since I can't login there I have not been able to use it.

Goldfish (0) I was a member of this site recently but didn't have any connection problems. Have you tried contacting the webmaster?

Drooler (Disabled) I've not had that problem with VivThomas, either. Was last a member a couple of months ago.

Not that I'm crazy about the site anymore. And I remember using their contact info to ask a simple question about one of their DVDs -- the kind that if answered might produce a sale. Never heard from them.

We have taken great pains to set up a help center to manage all support related issues as emails aren't the most reliable form of communication. We hardly have any of our thousands of members complaining about download speeds and when there is an issue it's usually on their side.

Traveler if you would like to submit a ticket on our help center (easily found on every single page at the bottom with a "Help and Support" link I can help you get through your problems or at least compensate you accordingly.

Every time I tried to download a video it would freeze about 5 percent in. Then I could not connect to their site at all including their help desk.
But I got through the E-mail and received a refund so that's that.
Too bad the site looked good to me.Moving on

I have had alot of problems using the site,...the first time I have ever had problems using a site. I can only reach the site after I clear my explorer cach and restart my routers,....please let me know what to do. This is by far my fav site, I had been looking for one like it for some time.

I've had the same problems. Helpdesk make agreeable noises but nothing changes. I've also never had problems with a site before. Can only view Viv Thomas as a ripoff.
