Sorry to hear about the bad experience. I've had some problems in the past with access. (Never been overbilled). I think you ought to call them, there customer service is pretty good and seems to be staffed with North American agents. Most of my issues were quickly resolved after a phone call. Although I do agree they just need to go with CCBill or Epoch. Anyway good luck.

Hi malikstarks, thanks for the sympathy. It was not a case of overbilling on their part that I'm aware of. I subscribed to two sites but got an acknowledgment that I had canceled three! It made me nervous but looking back on my credit card payments I did only pay for two all along. All they had to do was write back: sorry, we made a mistake and the cancellation confirmation for scoreland.com was actually a duplication of the one for 50Plus MILFs. At least that's what I think is what happened. The offer for a refund and being cut off from 50Plus MILFs immediately instead at the expiry date makes me believe this was the case.
I won't mind because updates to this site are few and far between so I won't miss much but it's a horrendous way to run the business part of a site. I sent them another email explaining once again in great detail what I meant in my original message but haven't heard back from them yet.
