Well looking at the company info on TBP site facts would seem to suggest the two are not related. I have a feeling this is just some copycat sight trying to cash in on the MET reputation. If i was the owner of Met Art I think i would be calling my lawyer.

Yes the wording on the home page uses similar phrasing & the final tour page pretty much asserts that it is a Met Art site.

Why are you so defensive of the site....why would you need to call a lawyer.....you're just a paying customer right hence your review?
Sure it's ok to copy other's words except when those words are a registered trademark under US law and you're using them to promote your own business. Try searching metart on the US Patent and trademark website.
Like Cap'n i too saw the registered trademark words metart being used on the website:
