I'm not sure if you see something diferent than me but when I visit the site then the top banner has 3 performers a dark haired girl and 2 blondes. The middle blonde with pigtails is Britney Spring:

There's basically two different banners with one blonde each for me that change occassionally when browsing under MOVIES or DVDS tabs. The one with three girls is under HOME tab.
Anyway, I guess I recognize her right away when I hit the right scene with those piercings on her face ;)

I tried different section of the site and I've found her. She looks very familiar but the name escapes me. You can see that she also has a tattoo on the lower right side of her stomach. I'm not sure but I think she doesn't always wear that above nose piercing.
