Messmer you are not alone, I have the same problems video downloads that end up corrupted. And there support is a big joke.
When you use there web-support all you get then is a automated message and nothing more after that.
When you use the help button on the homepage of there website then if you are lucking you get a message back saying thanks for reporting and we are aware and working on the problem.
If that was true then they are working on it for over 6 months due to this I'm saying they are ignoring it because they can't do anything about it but of course they will never admit to that.
BTW. this help button is the most user unfriendly system i ever seen it can only be opened on the homepage of there site. But whatever help/support system they install is useless if everything thats reported is ignored.
It's very frustrating to see that there content is allover the web (just google and you'll see) It seems that some people (regions) get or are able to download the videos without any problems.
Maybe buy a 1host-click account instead of a 21sextury subscription

I believe you when you say their contents is all over the web, what I don't understand is how this video could be rated 4 out of 5 in the site itself if no one can download the whole thing? Unless many users prefer the lower quality downloads and those are working???

Same here. I don't have so many problems with downloads, but it pisses me off to see sets that are anounced and never published (2 of the last 5 scenes in Sweet Sophie Moone don't exist, you can't get anything but the 'promo pic', no pictures, no videos, nothing).
I also experienced their lack of customer support when I sent them a web message explaining my problem with streaming videos on their website. I got the automatic message ("you will receive an answer in less than 24 hours") and then, nothing.
All this, and the lack of updates in other very promising websites (I am thinking mainly of Blue Angel Live) are making me reconsider my membership to 21sextury...

Yep, that's happened to me quite frequently as well. I was about to download a new update but got nothing but a picture. Sadly, I can't reconsider my membership because I took it out long term some time ago and now will have to wait until my membership expires. I gave this net a good score in my review but it sure does have its occasional hiccups.
And you're right support is not very responsive.

Everybody is having the same problem. The webmaster replied to one of the complaints about it about a week ago and I replied back ... I think last Sunday saying I thought they had fixed it because I had no problems that day. But I'm downloading again today and the very first download I tried .... DROPPED.
So they still have not fixed it.
