Most of all, the connection speed decrease while downloading, so that the dwn manager stop the download; if you pause the dwn when the speed is extremely slow you can' resume the file ! I think that it depend on controls on your access rights...or so on. At the end: you can't manage the download with manager (cause it stops after two or three files) and the speed is very very slow, so that you transfer on your PC about a file (400 Mb)every 20 min. !!
