I have had no recent trouble with Bang Brothers. Before I posted this reply I accessed the site and downloaded the Raylene update posted on 4/23 with no difficulty.
I suggest you contact their support people. Not the fastest in their response but they will get back to you with real suggestions, not blather.

Thanks Monahan. I use IE almost all the time and it would appear that whatever is wrong is with IE because the moment i switched to firefox then everything started working.

Bingo. I use FireFox for almost everything myself. That had to be the difference.

Mind you I've always used IE and their new version is really sweet. For now I will use Firefox to download content and surf with IE.
