I hope by now the log in problem was solved. My experience here is that the site has excellent customer service. Write to Duke, he is the owner.

I got sent an e-mail saying that I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. Hopefully that works out.
How would I be able to contact Duke if that doesn't work out? Thank's for your reply.
