Anything available in 540p was shot in widescreen HD. Thus anything offered in 540p, can be rendered in 720p and 1080p as well. Note many of these titles also say 'shot in HD' on the DVD boxcover. Notice how all clips available in only 540p say 'HD' even though it is not HD? That is Fame Dollars for ya, even worse they used to call the 720X400 clips were HD. Another example - Gangland 70 and 71 are available in 720p, but not Gangland 72-75 for some reason. This is either laziness or they have not gotten to these titles yet, though I tend to lean on the side of them being lazy. I dont even care about 1080p, but I would like to see more of the recent titles that were shot in HD available in 720p!
