Server Problems?

For the past two days downloads from this site have been a nightmare. Some files download with a respectable speed of 2.0 MB/s but go to the next one and it might only download at 64 KB/s and this is when I download consecutively, one at a time!!!

Same with streaming, some videos stream right away and without obvious buffering, others take minutes to load and then stop to buffer every second or so. With others yet I get the message streaming path not found (paraphrased). Not a very satisfactory beginning to this subscription. I tried to keep this complaint private between myself and the webmaster but cannot find a link to email them. Every time I click on support all I get is two questions: Do I have log in or password problems or do I wish to cancel! There might be an email address listed somewhere but I haven't found it.

rearadmiral (0) I hope this is just a short-term issue. I was thinking of joining this site soon but I'll wait. It seems strange that sites put a lot of effort into the material but make it hard to get.

In their defense, I have never had any problems with either Nubiles or Anilos when it comes to reliability. I, too, hope that this is a very temporary glitch, rearadmiral. Everything else works fine on my computer so it is definitely the site that is having problems.

Nubiles Captain (Suspended) Please email me so I have your email and can forward it to my tech guy and he will help you. We are not having any issues at this time, but I am pretty sure our Tech can help you identify the issue. My email is webmaster@nubiles.net

For anyone else that needs support and happens to see this message, the fastest way is to click the support link at the top of the page and submit a support ticket. It goes right our tech guys who are constantly watching the servers.

Messmer, I have increased the font size for the option to create a support ticket for technical issues. It was always there but in a much smaller font because 95% of the tickets are lost password issues. Thanks for your email.

The increased font will be extremely helpful to those of us who don't look at the fine print in general. :-) Glad we can touch bases on a more personal level because I just received your e-mail. Yep, much better, PinkPanther. It was a temporary glitch, starting with my ISP as we found out when we did some tests together. Strangely enough, only a handful of sites were affected while the majority were all right. But that's the Internet, I guess.
