Wow, I have pretty low standards I'd say for video resolutions compared to a lot of people, but 352x288 is pretty much unacceptable nowadays.

You have now learned the most important thing you should always do before joining a website. I always look at TBP and more importantly the date the facts were updated. There are many sites with an older review but the facts seem to be updated pretty regularly so that you have at least current info on the content.
I just looked at the site and they currently have 94 videos which is only 7 more than when TBP updated the info last May. They now have 28527 pics which is a little more than 1500 pics from last May. I'm a video guy so 94 videos for a site that is 10 years old is not remotely enough.

I haven't taken any videos down from the site in months. Many of the videos in recent months are posted in FullHD quality with the LOWEST quality option being 720x576. I don't think I've posted any videos at 352x288 in several years!
The review you are referring to is a little out of date unfortunately.
What exactly is a "full length scene"? I shoot the entire game from start to finish, usually with no cuts at all. I'm not quite sure how I can shoot more game than there actually was without scripting it (which I don't do - all games are allowed to play out for real).

Thanks for chiming in, Ed. I guess the dated review has me a little confused as to what's what on your site. I definitely want to thank you for clearing up the full-length concern. If the scenes you shoot aren't cut into clips, it's evident that the anonymous error report was either a mistake or someone with an axe to grind.
The TBP review was updated in May of last year and it still says that the higher quality videos are taken down in 4-5 weeks, leaving only the smaller files. If that is no longer the case, I would recommend you submit an error report on the TBP site to make that clear.
I have to say that I don't understand why any videos would be taken down on a growing site. But taking high quality files down to leave lower quality is really baffling to me. It immediately made me think of a site (name withheld to keep from advertising it) where the videos are rotated out every month, presumably to minimize bandwidth costs and maximize profits. Because of it, I swore I'd never sign up there again and never sign up at another site that did anything like that.
By saying that 720x576 is now the lowest resolution, is it safe to assume that there's now an even higher option? In any case, could you give us an update on what's available now? How many scenes, resolutions, file types, etc? And, if you did indeed take down the higher res vids in the past, is there any chance you could restore them to your site?

Videos now come in two formats. HD videos are provided in 1920x1080, 1280x720 & 720x405. Standard Definition videos are provided in 720x576 (high quality - sharp picture) and 720x576 (low quality - half the datarate - ie half the filesize). Details are given on the main page and in the videos section of the free tour.
There were originally two reasons for removing the older videos. First of all it gave an extra reason to maintain a continuous members (VERY important for the site's cashflow) and secondly the server was running out of space. Space is no longer an issue.
To be honest I still reserve the right to remove the top quality versions of older videos, but I don't actually do it any more.
