Call your card company, tell them what happened and they should cancel the subscription. At least mine did with a different site, same issue.

Took a bit of tracking down but I did finally get a number for the company. Major pain (who wants to call the company?). After a phone call and three emails I finally got it cancelled (and they refunded the initial payment).
