I find your comment very odd considering CCBill is the main billing processor for this site. Surely no need to even email Hegre Art staff about cancelling, just look up your subscription on CCBill's site using the email address you signed up with and your credit card number. I've never had any issues cancelling or unauthorised charges with CCBill.

CC Billing was not the CC processing company. Segpay processed the payment and re-billing. Hegre-Art has not answered any emails or responded to the sites customer service inquiry.
Secondly I do know how to cancel a subscritpion I've been to the dance before. Hegre-Art cancelling webpage gives a message that they are unable to cancel but will creat a trouble ticket and get back to you. Silence and zero support from Hegre-Art.

I've also used Segpay several times and never had any problems. They basically work the same way as CCBill in that you go to the support page of their website and look up your subscription using your credit card number and email address. https://segpaycs.com/spsolo.aspx

thanks for the advice did just that but two days later...billed yet again and zero response from hegre-art...zero...petter hegre is a poor businessman typical Euro type...
