so far i was able to get 5 movies using google chrome but not without hassel from the same issue of getting constantly logged out. so all it did was allow me to stay logged in for a while loger than IE. help desk said they consider the problem solved since i managed to get few downloads in.

It's definitely not a scam; I've always been able to log in. If you're having issues I'd suggest going to the support page and using the email address listed there instead of the live-chat; one time I was unable to download videos and they fixed it the same day. Multiple people have reported problems here, so maybe there's some kind of technical issue on some browsers, but it's definitely *possible* to log in and access the whole library.
