I just decided to cancel my one month membership
3 days ago but decided to remain a member when I
was offered a reduced price during the cancel process.
Yesterday should have started my second month but
I can't log in. I sent an email about 36 hours ago
and still haven't gotten a reply. Bad customer
service is not a good way to gain repeat customers
or get a good word of mouth. Come on, get your
act together Reality Kings.

I feel your pain. 4 days since I Emailed
my problem, still no reply for me either.
I guess we need to warn others to not join
and hit 'em where it hurts, in the wallet.
Aparently they don't care about their
customers which is not a smart way to
run any kind of business including a
porn website.
