Privacy Policy

I was thinking about joining and saw this snippet in their privacy policy (emphasis mine):
"...the site may use any personal information that has been provided by the subscriber or that has been collected by the site about the subscriber for any purpose, including without limitation, technical, administrative, research and development, customer administration, marketing, TRADING OF PERSONAL DATA, age verification, promotional and advertising use by the site or third parties authorized to use the information by the site.

By the subscriber's use of the site, the subscriber expressly agrees that the site may, in its sole discretion SHARE, disclose, transfer, RENT, license or SELL any of the personal information about subscribers that it has gathered or collected with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties."

I saw something similar with Evil Angel as well, which is part of the reason I haven't joined them.

Anyone have experiences with their information getting out, or am I just paranoid?

exotics4me (0) That is interesting Buckhead. I rarely read the privacy policy on a site. I'm not for sure how to take it though.

One example I would give. This Fame Pass company seems to be running hundreds of sites. I've joined one of their sites one day and will have 10 emails the next day to join one of their other sites for a greatly reduced price. Mofos would fall into a similar situation since they are ran/owned by Manwin. Manwin owns a lot of sites, do a search in the forum for "Manwin", I know someone posted a thread about them buying out a lot of sites.

I've accepted the spam part of being a porn lover. It's annoying and all, but I just use an email address that is for nothing but porn sites. I don't know the full legal rights they have, but I'm thinking spam is probably the limit of what they can do.

Though I wouldn't say you're being too paranoid. I would however look into Manwin. Seeing that they would have a ton to lose if they did anything illegal, it would be hard to see them risking the loss for a few bucks here and there to do anything more than sell your email, age, etc...
