About the site navigation:
We have had many upgrades in our member area to make navigation easier and more simple. It's possible that there is a technical issue with some browsers, so we recommend to use Firefox or Chrome to enjoy the site.
Last but not least, your recommendation regarding the HD pictures is appreciated, we'll notice it and forward this idea to our developers.

I have to agree the site is a logistical nightmare was a very recent member there and why content was really good. The navigation, and dead links made it a very bad experience.
I found it odd the Admin answers here but all month long as a member nothing not a response so I gave up and cancelled. I used Firefox and Chrome and it was not the Browser it was mixed up content dead links and navigational issues that made what should have been fun, like going to the dentist. I hate to be harsh, but I found the experience very unacceptable seems I am not along in my reviews .
I would suggest if they are fixing issues to give a free months pass to recent past member, then and only then would I consider joining up for awhile.

Thank you for your reply Ed but I must say that I am hopeless because I have been asking about the HQ Photos since almost a year but there is no amelioration. On the contrary things getting worse.
And I feel i should thanks to pornusers.com because this site gives me the opportunity to get reply from 21sextury customer service at last!
I am a long time member of 21sextury but i wont renew my membership until these frustrating navigation issues solved and avaiblity of displaying HQ pictures one by one in my browser become live!

Not just that I think some scenes have gone missing? Do they rotate the scenes or something? I remember getting one or 2 older scene (2011) by a model 2 months ago, those scenes are not there in search anymore. The model is still there with other scenes, weird. Maybe its just me.
