I also had serious issues when a member of this site. On the internet, just because one area of the world has no problem with a given site's server, doesn't mean another area will not. This site has received many complaints about this problem, and a site that charges premium prices needs to deliver premium service. I suggest that you contact the billing company and get a refund. That's what I did, and they refunded immediately, as if this was not an unusual request for them. This site looks to have great material, but technically, it's the pits.

The first time I ever joined, I wasn't able to get access, got a refund from the billing company, then got an e-mail from the techs at 21st Sextury saying "Hey, we really could have solved your problem." Before you get a refund, definitely go for their support e-mails, give them a chance to try to help solve the problem.

i have been a member of this site for a while and have had no problems at all. the speed is pretty bad tho although not the worst i have ever experienced.

I have by and large had no problems getting on and off the site but for the past few days I have no access to pix and video. I cant get to the email tech support either. I am having the same problems with other sextury 21 sites too. I'm wondering if this is happening on a large scale or am I in a specific user issue. I tried using another computer and the same thing happened.
