Hi Nasos,
I'm really sorry for the issues you are having. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and express your thoughts. Not enough members do and we really appreciate it. Please allow me to address them:
Download resumption:
I'll ask our web host if this can be implemented again. There are security considerations. For the majority of users, this is not an issue, but we recognize this can become a problem now that we are offering larger, better-quality files
IDM dating:
Honestly, I have no idea why this won't work since the operation of saving the file and naming the file, occurs locally on your computer using the software. For example, if you click "save as" in any browser, you can rename the video files whatever you like. There are no server-side restrictions to this. It could be a bug of IDM related to the inability to use the program on our site. But it's definitely an IDM limitation, not ours.
1 hour limit:
We are currently investigating this, but it might be connection related. I have queued up many downloads in Chrome before, many taking as much as 2 hours and never had a problem downloading. I've done this in 5 different countries using different ISPs now. Also tested using a VPN. I've had timeouts for sure, but that's from inactivity and weak connections.
Multiple Connections Limitation:
Simply not true. Test it yourself. Open Firefox or Chrome. Start downloading multiple files simultaneously from the browser. No issues. We use a CDN service to provide you with the best possible link to the download location, with servers all over the world. If our servers were in India, and you were in New York, there might be reason to open multiple connections to the same file. But a solid connection should not require this.
Good speeds/Bad Speeds:
I get this too sometimes but it's not limited to us. Ever notice on Youtube sometimes the video buffers quickly, sometimes it doesn't? If the initial download speed is not up to your standards, cancel it and try again. Sometimes you get a faster relay. It happens. In general, you should experience fast speeds on a fast connection.
I've already forwarded your comments to our tech team, but we appreciate hearing more details from you. Aren't most of the technical issues you mentioned more related to connection issues you are having with your broadband service? You didn't mention your location or internet connection in your comment. Could you email us with the info? Usually a browser's in-built IDM is more than sufficient. Separate IDMs are usually utilized by users in areas with weaker and unstable broadband connections. Thanks!

REPLY TO #1 - Joymii :
Thanks for the quick response. When I said multiple connections, I meant multiple connections over 1 file which is one of the main perks of using a download manager. I know I can simultaneously download several files.
As for the dates, I don't know if this is some sort of "compatibility" between IDM and your servers, but I have tested it on at least 10 porn sites and Joymii was the only one where it didn't work and the file was timestamped normally usiing my pc's local date/time. That's why I mentioned it.
Now, the 1 hour limit I have found is there, at least for the 3day period I am a member of the site, I don't know if it's a fluke.
I faced none of the issues I mentioned with several other sites, that's why I posted them.
Hope my tone wasn't rude. That wasn't my intention. The site for me as content goes is up there with X-Art. But especially the link timeout with no ability to resume is kind of a serious issue. Because this sometimes happened not only on links that were queued, I can understand that. But on links that were already being downloaded.Links reach 80% completion, they stop for some reason, and then can't be resumed. You understand the frustration :P That was weird. Maybe this was something temporary because I am referring to a 3 day period, so we'll see.

I'm a fan of Joymii also - probably my favourite site with G/B content - and I plan to join again sometime soon, especially now that they have Connie exclusively (for G/B).
I wasn't really bothered by Nasos's problems, but I did find the site a bit too AJAX-heavy - with symptoms like the back button not working as you'd expect etc.
While we have the ear of the webmaster though... I know it's a little churlish to complain given how good the current TBP price is... but why must you do regional pricing? Admittedly charging the same EUR as USD is better than when you did GBP, but still...

Hi!
We are definitely working on a solution to the back button issue as well as other refinements.
Regional pricing: It's EUROs for the same reason every company in the world does it. eg. Apple.
But we recognise regional price sensitivity and are constantly weighing the costs/benefits of removing it, as well as solutions to it.

Many thanks for your reply - great to have some webmaster feedback here, especially from one of my favourite sites. Good news on the back button etc - I'm a web developer myself and try not to overuse the AJAX as stuff like that can be a bit glitchy.
On the regional pricing - it's not really valid to compare to eg Apple - they are dependent on local costs - rent, wages, etc - and even for digital content they have the rights holder involved. On top of which, here in the UK we have 20% sales tax, which unfortunately has to be taken into account also.
But I'm pretty sure that adult sites like Joymii do not incur any per-sale additional costs when selling to a user in Europe or elsewhere. Please let me know if I'm missing something! If you are eg VAT registered in Europe, than I'll gladly (well, begrudgingly, but not to you) take the 20% hit...

As they say in America, "you hit the nail on the head" which means your assessment is correct.
We had previously set our UK pricing too high, which was our oversight, but we are registered in Europe.

Nasos, you would never be rude. Thank you again for taking the time to comment.
Our team is exploring all the points you brought up, except for the IDM naming because that has us completely stumped and not of high priority.
If you are still having problems, please contact me directly so I can give you a more personalized service instead of this public forum.
