I picked no because I assumed the question was in regards to people have I known in my personal life.

Back about 8 years ago Destiny St Claire looked exactly like my wife's cousin. That made for some interesting thoughts during family events. When we visit her now I see a graduation photo from that time and the resemblance is striking.
