Don't like it personally, as I don't find most "dirty talk" particularly sexy or erotic, especially in the form of name-calling, but it all depends on the context. Kink.com throwing out insults is one thing, but it is not the same as some overly aggressive director who hasn't yet realized he's the asshole when he verbally abuses a performer.

For a woman to consent to sex with a man, and then the man to call her names that mean she's an easy lay (or BJ) undeserving of respect, to me seems more than a little gratuitous. It just doesn't add up to anything that makes sense. Meanness just doesn't entertain when it's that close to reality.

Frankly, in my opinion, the use of gratuitous derogatory comments is a sign of misogyny that really obscures the sexual desirability of the model and demonstrates the level of contempt on the part of the producer.
I want the model to be treated like a lady, not degraded for no reason.
