I think we had a similar poll in the past but in any case it's still good to talk about this in the hope that producer read and apply what we're saying.
By far the worst place is the shower because it involves a restricted space so camera shots are very limited, it involves running water so it also requires using special equipment to prevent damage from splashing water, the noise from the running water is also a problem and this is added to the sound of the performers hitting the inside of the shower walls/door as well as echo and then there's the danger of one or both performers slipping while trying to get a specific shot.
I agree that outside can be a problem but it's a much smaller one. All the producer has to worry about is if it's a video because there is no way to make sure that external noises like flying planes, cars, lawnmowers, birds & animal or any other controllable noise in a studio won't make it unto the sound track. I don't think you can get bad lighting outside per say because it's natural light
but you need a professional camera operator who understands what is needed to shoot in this type of lighting or the shots will be too bright. I still remember a scene done a couple of years ago and they shot the scene near a window on a very bright day and didn't use the proper filters. The scene is unwatchable because all the performers are super bright because of the outside light.
Both other locations are fine because they are inside where noise and lighting can be controlled.

I think that shooting in a shower brings a certain amount of static challenges to the videographer, but then that is part of the panache of the scene. Not as distracting or uncontrollable as shooting an outdoor scene where shadow & light are hard to control. While I like the idea of an outside shoot, these are not professional film makers, so their setup & technique is rather primitive, thus the results are mixed. Sound is something that is always sketchy in porn vids since they only use the camera mic to capture.
I guess I'll take the opportunity to mention my biggest pet peeve of porn sound which is the "hiss & awe" European non-talent and the bellowing of bovine female non-talent. Wonder what clown thought that added anything?

You can easily get bad lighting outside on a sunny day because natural lighting is a single, super strong source--the sun, which no artificial light can truly replicate, and certainly not on a shoestring porn budget. The problem is that this can create really harsh shadows depending on the season and time of day. So performers are squinting, unevenly lit, and the setting becomes less than picturesque.
Shooting inside near a window as you mentioned brings up other problems. The light sources are different color temperatures and the picture will be white balanced for the indoor source (or on auto balance, which will adjust to the inside), probably a warmer tungsten or incandescent light. The light coming from the window will look blue and kind of weird, but not exactly out of place for a porn video.

Outside usually seems to be the most problematic.

Shower, definitely.
The noise is annoying, the cameraman can't move easily to get those choice shots of the key female body parts, water drops and/or foggy lenses take away from the scene, and the babe is not completely free to move as she normally would.
Not listed, but the next worst place is in a car (regular sedan, not a van with lots of room) where the camera angles are limited by awkward camera positions.
Last, and least, I don't care for underwater shots in a pool where the lighting is spotty and the colors are unnatural.

All the above, excluding the bedroom. I mean, the bedroom is where it's at. The very utterance of the word conjures up thoughts of romping sexual play.
Alright outdoors, as long as its under a tree, preferably on a blanket.
Bathroom .... the worst. the shower 10 X over
scoring a turnoff. Intended pun.
outside (for any duration)? maybe to strike up a ball game.
out in the open? Nah! never know when a drone is flying over.
Warehouse? perfect if stocking bedroom furnisher.
There you have it. bedroom hands down

Shower for me. Not only for the noise but because they show the model in the nude right from the beginning in most cases. I never download shower/bath scenes for that reason.
