Good to know - regional pricing is pretty annoying, particularly with examples like this. Presumably you complained in response to their reply? If so, what was their response?

Yeah, I did complain. Several support tickets later they are still insisting that my membership is 11.21€. In their last reply they told me that it is because of additional taxes they can not influence. But such taxes were never mentioned in the offer. I even have screenshots of the offer and the confirmation message, which says, "Your NEW membership is now active! The new membership is 30 days at $11.21!" Nobody in the support team seems to care that they want to charge me more than the amount agreed about. All they are doing is apologizing for the "confusion" - some might consider it fraud.

Because I have not been charged yet. My membership is set to rebill on the 15th of this month. I was hoping that we would be able to find an amicable solution if I contacted their support, especially since I bought memberships to three of their sites last month. I don't see that happening, though. It's not even about the money, it's about being deceived and treated like an idiot afterwards. No matter how this ends, they have definitly lost a customer.

Yeah good to know, but too late for me
i payed with bonus code 11,84€, then i canceled my membership via
live support, cause the automatic form on the internet side doesent work,
he said yeah fine i will cancel this, i didnt checked
immediately for email, now they just booked 2 times 47,54€ from my bank
account, thats a was mash
the biggest problem is, i didnt even saved the live support chat and
have no proof now that i contacted the support to cancel,
i had to contacted the live support, cause the from on the website couldnt
find my email and /or username, the form basically never works
this was the last time i was customer there
