Hello Jook,
My name is Roald Riepen and I am the CEO of ClubSeventeen.com and the sites in our portfolio.
I am very sorry to read your about your bad experience with us. Let me try to explain what happenend. Last Friday we did an update on one of our servers to make it more secure for members (our visitors). Unfortunately this update resulted in new members not being to able to login.
We found out about this issue this morning and all is fixed now. Lesson we learned from this, don't update things on a Friday.
I would like to invite you to email me to my personal email (r.riepen@sansyl.com ) with your username and email used when you signed up so I can get you a full free month access to ClubSeventeen or if wanted any of the other sites in our network. I would also like to invite anybody else who had this same issue this weekend to provide me with their username and email addy used so we can make up for this.
Please note that we are in this business to provide a quality product and not to rip off anybody, we do this with a long term vision. Ripping of our potential customers is not what we consider long term.

PS the customer suppport issue was due to it being a weekend. We are looking into a proper solution for this by adding a support person who works in weekends too.

I said it privately and I'll say it here... thank you thank you for responding, explaining and apologizing. It is very refreshing to know that there are honest people in the business.
I am very much enjoying the seventeen site now that I got over the initial issues. I will not hesitate to join again.
