Hello,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts/concerns about LifeSelector.
We use a unique encoding method for user passwords that can only be reversed/unencoded via secure tokens by our dedicated support personnel. The option is only used in rare cases where manual assistance (such as in your case) is required.
We have added the option to change the email address associated with the account to our development queue, this should simplify the process you described.
