Keep the meter running .....my Dell's windows' desk top is well above ten years old.
An it looks to have yet another ten yrs.
Although it doesn't act like its that old, in terms of wear-an-tear an' inviting software criminals.

Its a 2008 2.4 quadcore been upgraded many times.
Powersupply, RAM, video cards, and Video specific hardrives. made to run video stuff like that .
I think I still have a few years in her.

My wonderful Windows 7 died and I was forced to make the conversion to Windows 8 (a very unpleasant change). I'm finally used to it now after a few months, but when your computer goes belly up there's little choice.

I had to buy a new computer when Win 7 came out and I bought in the early days so my computer must be about 4 to 5 years old.
