I changed my email on Hot Movies/Classic VOD with no problems. In fact, it was the least of my problems. LOL!

How did you do it? I have looked through all the options and can't seem to find where you can change it. Even under "Email Preferences" there are only options to change newsletter subscriptions.

It's been so long ago that I changed my email address it seems that they've changed the feature that I used. It's a little easier now but my curiosity got the best of me and I used the "chat" feature to find out how it is done now.
You can use several avenues to make the change but I would recommend using the "chat" or "Live Help" button in the top right of the Home page. The "chat" feature is available 24/7 as is their help contact phone number which is 1-800-345-6684.
Whichever feature you use you will need the following information to make the change:
1. Your current Vod.com registered email address.
2. Your complete name and address.
3. The last 4 digits and expiration date of your credit card or last 4 digits of your checking account and bank routing number, whichever you used to purchase your minutes.
4. The new email address you wish to use as your new logon information.
Hope this solves your problem.
