Can you give me an example of support not responding? I have responded personally to every ticket since the first complaint on this site. I make sure no ticket lasts more than 24 hours.
As for broken links if you send me one I will make sure its fixed ASAP. Also I was nine pages into our top pornstars before finding a placeholder.

For this you are 100% correct and I do apologize that they aren't all done. We will make a further effort to get all 2600 girls to have a model thumbs ASAP.

Hi Mike,
thanks for the reply. The ticket ID is CRN-1795. I only received an automated email saying that my ticket has been received and that somebody would get back to me as quickly as possible. That was on June 17th. I haven't heard anything since and the problem hasn't been fixed either.
As for the broken links:

Hey, i found your ticket and you are right it was not replied to, I am not sure why and have no excuse for it! I'd like to extend your membership the length of the wait for the reply.
Also if you would like to keep helping me fix any problems I'd gladly give you a free membership while you point things out to me.
