littlejoe (0) 06-23-14  07:25pm        TRUST USER?   YES (0), NO (0) slow download speeds suddenly? been a member for 2 weeks, but the past 4 days or so the download speeds seem like they start at 2.7mb/s and then drop to 500 kb/s after 10 seconds. pausing and resuming the download spikes it as well. any ideas?
