As an European I had to use VPN in order to get the better price offered Americans. I hate all sites using such tactics, sometimes it`s not possible to easily circumvent due to demanding credit card country match geolocation of IP, meaning I do not buy.
They should make for more user interaction. At least multiple polls about possible new scenarios, actors one want to see more of and such. Then maybe also a few more would bother to subscribe permanently. Download statistics might be a bit misleading due to many users having seen most already from filesharing.

Regional pricing is a nice way to get customers to hate and disrespect a seller. I am willing to pay for fetish content, but after discovering how I have been really screwed over by regional pricing in the past I have become reluctant.
