I have heard of throttling, blocking and allot of issues. Only issues I have had was cancelling. I would say in my porn usages over the years 20% are hard to cancel or very poor support. But never blocked.

I had a nasty email from a webmaster once saying that I had distributed my password and allowed others to download illegally. A brief search of here and other sites revealed that the site was notoriously easy to crack and hack. Once I pointed out this information to the webmaster he conceded that it did happen a lot and that it was more likely that my password was stolen than given away.
Guess how many times I've rejoined that site?

This has happened frequently with, in particular, VideoBox, Twistys and Reality Kings.
VideoBox was a problem because they also arbitrarily reset my password. They claimed it was done in error and apologized...4 days after I reported the problem. I have been a continuous annual member for over 8 years.
Twistys (the old one), where I ws a member continuously for 6 years, never responded to several emails and support tickets. My annual subscription was scheduled for renewal about 60 days later so I simply went to CCBill's website and cancelled. That was just before the ownership change.
Reality Kings was unable to restore my access despite several back and forth emails. Originally the fix was to access the site via IE instead of FireFox. That worked for a few days, then nada. They asked me to try Chrome. Nope. Then they asked if I had access to a Mac. I said I did not. They finally admitted defeat and issued a credit back to my credit card for my entire membership period (about 4 months).
I've had occasional trouble with a few others but in every case it took just a few minutes to correct and everything was back in order.
It was my experience with VideoBox that prompted me to submit this poll question.

When the now-defunct iBill was a 3rd party biller and they were getting dysfunctional, I got accused of sharing my use-pass more than once. Care to guess which party was actually responsible??
Once I joined a site that suddenly blocked access for two weeks with no explanation, then resumed accepting logins after they'd so very wisely SHRUNK all of the photo sizes.
There have been a few other crappy experiences over the years. As in "crap table," I suppose. It's always a gamble, even when it looks like a sure thing.

It's a happened a couple of times and both times it was because someone had supposedly stolen my log in info. I say supposedly because I have no idea how they could have done that but it was resolved so it is now water under the bridge.

The only times I can remember that I've had access
blocked have been when I've gone over hidden bandwidth caps.

I travel abroad a lot, and I've occasionally fallen foul of security when logging on to a site from two different countries on the same day. X-art was a pain for this - I used to have to go through the full password reset process. I eventually worked out that you have to wait until the next day PCT.

Twice, and both times it was resolved. First time was with Chica's Place, and they sorted it pretty much immediately. The other time it was with Bryci's site which was sorted after quite a protracted discussion.
