I'm having the same issue and that is bound to affect the score I give the site and it will show up in my review. I've issued an error report on TBP.

I did not see an actual webmaster or email address to use.
At the bottom of the page is a link to the website of their affiliate program. There you can find three email addresses and an ICQ number. Good luck getting your membership canceled.
