1-I'm in Canada so the 800 number your are mentioning is not going to help me and there is no way that I'm paying for a phone call to cancel a membership. Especially not a 50$ membership.
2-I don't use Skype so that's a no go
3-I'm not using a fax because I would again have to pay for the call and frankly that is just a bigger pain than anything else.
4-I don't know if anybody in your tech department is paying attention but the members service is not working very well as that is the first place I went when I wanted to cancel. The site couldn't find my info so I emailed the support desk twice over a 48 hrs period without a reply. It is now about 96 hrs later and still no reply.
5-I would finally like to point out that the following message is on the members service page: Need live help? We're available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST at 1-800-967-2673. Immediate help with password problems can be found 24/7 by using the links listed below. Now being your average guy IO would assume that since it does not mention that this 800 is only valid in the US that it would also be valid in Canada but it is not or worse it's no longer in service. I know because I tried it twice.

Thanks You very Much for replying to my review. I was getting very nervous. I used your suggestion of the live chat on eboobstore and May in your service department was able to help me. Hopefully whatever is wrong with Megaload will be fixed. Sadly this episode probably means that I will never join another score site because I'm not going through this again.
