Normally an hour or two a day, maybe an hour watching 'properly' and the other hour will be in bed as I'm going to sleep etc.

None.... only Netflix & DVD's. After decades of high-end cable I cut the cord to stop paying for and watching junk, especially cable news. Don't watch commercial TV anymore, either. I will really enjoy the next political season in the USA without political commercials.

The short answer is: "A far-cry less than I use to."
And as the Internet grows, so does the gap thereof.

I choose "a fair amount," though my habits have certainly changed. There's often nothing on that I'll watch faithfully as I did in the '70's and '80's, only specials that interest me (in the arts) or documentaries. Most of television is for dolts (reality shows about extra-marital affairs, etc.) or political whiners (Fox/MSNBC).
At least there's PBS! I'm thankful for that.
I read somewhere recently that one network paid about 4 times as much for syndication licensing of "Walker Texas Ranger" than another did for "NYPD Blue." I think that might tell you something about the average viewer.

Never any 'live' TV. The little I watch (maybe an hour or two per week) is always recorded on a PVR.

On average I watch about 2 hours per day but on some nights I barely watch an hour of it. Around this time I will watch more of it because there are many channels showing Christmas movies and I tend to enjoy watching those.

I haven't watched anything on TV except hockey games in 15 years. It's kind of sad to realize how much conversation around you revolves around what people watched on television. But I guess the same thing is true about sports, or a hobby--like, say, collecting porn? To each their own.
