I think your comment pretty much sums up how most of us here feel about this network. What bugs me is that they don't need to do it. They have a great product at a decent price and I'm sure they'd have a lot of long-term and recurring members if they treated customers with more respect. I've joined several times in the past and likely will again, but I tip-toe through the site as if it was a minefield to avoid triggering an extra cost.
