I don't mind advertising on sites, but click-throughs are too intrusive and interrupt browsing too much.

Originally, when I first ran into them on Naughty America, I thought they were content. Turns out that NA shared my credit card info with the sites and I wound up getting billed full bore prices for those sites.
I successfully had the charges reversed, but that's when I cancelled NA for good and have never gone back.
Rather than answering "hate" I answered "dislike" because, unlike what happened with NA, which I consider to be a fraudulent activity, now that I know the rules, I just find them annoying.

I don't use the word hate because it's not the kind of word that I think should ever be used except in very rare situation so let's just say that I really dislike them. Luckily only a few sites do that. Bangbros being the one that comes to mind.
Fuck me but you already have my money. Why would you annoy me with useless crap that will make me not want to come back.

Most times I've encountered them there was an option to turn them off. Otherwise, I'm no fan of them.

To me, paying for a site membership means there are no ads to distract my attention when or after I've logged in. People can feel free to express disagreement with that. Doesn't mean I'll change my mind. Maybe they could change theirs.
