The problem is 99.9% of them ignore the feedback completely. I even had one from Adult Doorway send me a personal message twice and never responded to my feedback. I feel like feedback is a HUGE area of opportunity for the porn industry in general. I will give you some examples why.
1) We are the client. If there is a problem or a area of opportunity they should listen. This is good business and can improve profits.
2) I was illegally billed once and despite my frequent feedback I was not reimbursed, compensated or even talked to. This will make me never join that site again.
3) Some sites make you pull out your eyeballs to quit the automatic re-billing. It would be sooo nice if everyone would use paypal lol. It is so easy to manage subs on paypal.
4) What if everyone hates something that ruins a scene from a website? Like say the male model talks loud and non stop. They need to fix those things based on feedback.
5) What if they listened and got a ton more money? Like non-HD sites, non-picture sites, non-zip sites and most importantly non-Downloading sites. These sites could make so much more money by listening and making the improvements. I will tell you exactly why. Why would I pay to see a low res scene when I can download it for free in 50 places? I pay to get HD period. End of story.

If they ask for it (eg, an exit survey), then yes, almost always. But typically I don't get in touch unless I have a problem.

Rarely since some sites use the "suggestion box that is open on the bottom, underneath of which is a wastepaper basket" approach to soliciting feedback. I can think of one that has the photo set pre-rated 100% before it is even posted. What a load of horseshit that is.
On the other hand, I've done a lot of ratings and feedback of things at the ATK sites. They've been honest.
And most of the time, I just figure that a site is going to do things the same way regardless of the feedback they get, so why bother? That's what experience has taught me.

I agree with Pyrenees that is usually isn't worth giving feedback because it's ignored. I can see how this would happen with a mega site, and especially one where the site managers don't speak English very well, but it annoys me a bit when it is a small niche site. Every time I join my favourite site I send them some feedback and ask that they consider a reduced rate for recurring memberships. They always ignore that question.

Oh yeah!!! depending on what degree of shortcomings are touching the right nerve, the worst will assuredly draw feedback from this dude.

Usually.
If it is close enough to what I am looking for.
If as often happens it turns out to be way off base for me, I save my time & breath.
