As casting sites go, those are two of the best. The major difference between them is Casting Couch X features pro-am performers who are hooked up to get into the business. You'll find mainstream pornstars like Dillion Harper, Jessa Rhodes, Mia Malkova, etc, before they were mainstream.
Backroom Casting Couch, on the other hand, is almost entirely true amateurs; women with almost zero experience in porn who will appear in that one scene and that's it.
The other major difference is Backroom Casting Couch carries more of a seedier element to it (non-descript office with no windows and a single couch), in part because the gimmick is the women are being tricked into having sex. Casting Couch X on the other hands presents the content as a true audition, typically taking place in a nice, furnished office in a high-rise with giant windows.
The choice to make between them is more about which type of porn you enjoy. Both sites feature a lot of great content, so you win either way.

Hi, thanks for the detailed reply. I'm already a member of Casting Couch X, and was thinking about joining the other one too. I've really got into the whole 'audition' genre of porn recently, that's why I'm thinking of joining Backroom too.
Has anyone done a scene for Backroom who has then entered the industry, that you know of?

Not many. I believe Tanner Mayes did a very early scene and there is another performer whose name escapes me who also went on to appear in more scenes.

BCC comes with benefits ;-) It includes free access to Exploited College Girls, Net Video Girls and Broke Model. Of the 4 site package, Net Video Girls has more great scenes then the others (IMO).
