Would love to find an interesting one. So far, the ones I've seen don't seem to work. A good game would have an easy entry level that let you slowly learn the game and expand your experience as you played. Haven't found anything like that so far.
What is needed is for a non-gamer and a gamer to work together to develop one so it doesn't quickly fall into the complex world of gaming that is a closed world unto itself.

No but that probably has a lot less to do with a disinterest on my part mostly to do with the fact that the technology is still not there for decent simulation.

I've tried a few. I didn't realize until recently that there is a little subculture/sub-market of erotic drawing/rendering tools and products. (go check out renderotica.com to see what I mean...) They all share one problem with the games, though. Although bodies and movements are getting better, the faces are nowhere near realistic enough. It's fun to play/look for a few minutes, anyway.
