I'm getting the same thing. I can't seem to cancel the trial. They never sent a receipt. The account says phone here to cancel but they have no record of me. I'm afraid I'm going to get the same problem. Stay away from the one way they bill and make sure you get it from Epoch or Segpay. I think I got mine through something called mobillus or something like that. I've tried Emailing them as well and nothing. What a disgrace!
