Hard to tell just by looking at the updates page, since there are no dates. But looking at their twitter feed and comparing that to the updates, it does look like the Dillon Harper sets are recent - as in 2016. I wouldn't be surprised if the updates are monthly or less, going by their Twitter feed as compared to the updates page.

The TBP review page (2015) says:
Updates in Last 7 Days:
1 image gallery.
(on par with previous updates)
So the right answer is to sign up for just one month unless you need more time to drain their content (apparently there's a whole lot).
